TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

This message is important and must be read by all customers who have purchased a Ticket(s) to attend THE BORNEO SONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL. Purchasing or pre-registering to purchase a Ticket(s) to THE BORNEO SONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL implies that the customer has read, understood and agreed to accept the terms and conditions below before attending THE BORNEO SONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL. By purchasing a Ticket(s) to THE BORNEO SONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL, the customer agrees they have accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

DEFINITION

"Ticket(s)" shall be defined as any valid Ticket(s) that permits a customer to have the right of admission into THE BORNEO SONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL ("the Event") or any valid wristband for which the customer has exchanged the Ticket(s) upon entry. Ticket(s) to the Event are sold by and on behalf of BME International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("the Event Organiser"), who reserves the right to change all or any arrangements concerning the Event without notice, nor with any obligation whatsoever to refund.

In the event a customer acts an agent to any other person or persons in obtaining the Ticket(s), the customer (agent) recognises that s/he is acting as that person's or persons' agent ("the Principal") in obtaining the Ticket(s), and due to this agency relationship, the customer (agent) agrees to these terms and conditions for and on behalf of the Principal to whom the customer (agent) delivers any of the purchased Ticket(s) and the customer shall notify the Principal of these terms and conditions when the Ticket(s) is or are delivered. The Ticket holder shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

"The Event" shall be defined as the event called THE BORNEO SONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL which is held at the venue in respect of which the customer has bought the Ticket(s).

"The Venue" shall be defined as the venue where the Event is held.

"The Event Organiser" shall be defined as BME International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. who are responsible for producing, organising and operating the Event.

"KARUNA" shall be defined as KARUNA (SARAWAK) ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. (Company No. 972491-T) of No. 67, Lot 10210, 3rd Floor, Jalan Tun Jugah, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak who are the sole and exclusive authorised agent of the Event Organiser.

USE OF THE TICKET(S)

All Ticket(s) sold are final. Ticket(s) are not allowed to be cancelled, refunded for cash nor will exchanges be made under any circumstances except if and only if the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Event Organiser and/or KARUNA and in such case, refunds (if any) are subject to the Event Organiser's and/or KARUNA's terms & conditions. In the event of an official cancellation, Ticket(s) refund nett of Ticket(s) fee will be granted. Credit/Debit card charges are not refundable. A processing fee of 2.5% of the Ticket Price shall be charged of which is non-refundable.

Any persons under 18 years of age are strictly not allowed to attend the Event, even if accompanied by an adult or persons aged 18 years old and above.

All Ticket holders are required to redeem their Ticket(s) for the Event's wristbands in order to gain entry to the Event. An electronic ticket, printed or digital, does not entitle entry into the Venue. The wristband must be worn at all times during the Event and those found without the wristband shall be evicted from the Venue.
